Last updated: June 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quick Forge ("we", "us", or "our"), including the application, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using Quick Forge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
›Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Quick Forge. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
›Account Registration
To access Quick Forge, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
When creating an account, you will be required to:
- —Agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
- —Optionally consent to receive promotional communications, product updates, and offers from Quick Forge. This consent is not required to use the Service.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
›Paid Beta Subscription
Quick Forge is currently offered as a paid beta at $10 per month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Your subscription grants you access to the full Quick Forge beta experience, including all features available during the beta period.
We reserve the right to change pricing at the end of the beta period. We will provide reasonable notice before any price changes take effect.
›Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to the Service until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge.
›Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Quick Forge to:
- —Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- —Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- —Generate, distribute, or facilitate malicious code, malware, or exploits.
- —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data.
- —Harass, abuse, or harm any person.
- —Circumvent or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
- —Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
›Your Content
Quick Forge is a local-first application. Your project files and source code remain on your machine. You retain full ownership of any content you create using the Service.
When you use features that transmit content to external services (such as the AI assistant or GitHub integration), you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that content with those services. Quick Forge does not claim ownership over your code or project files.
›Intellectual Property
The Quick Forge application, branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without our prior written consent.
Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
›Third-Party Services
Quick Forge integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication), AI providers, and GitHub. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
›Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Quick Forge is in beta. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we continue to improve the product.
›Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Forge and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
›Modifications to the Service or Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
›Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law.
